24 HOUR HASSLE FREE CANCELLATION
To ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time, we will start packing the order after 24 hours from when the order is placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email (sales@519blanksandcrafts.ca) to notify us of the order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period cannot be completed, and will have to adhere to the refund policy.
CANCELLATION REFUND TIMELINE
Once the cancellation request has been accepted, we will issue a refund to you immediately and the refund will be paid through the method you used to pay.

When you place an order, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email. Please carefully check the information used to avoid accidentally having the wrong address and/or wrong items on the order. We are not responsible for any wrong order information when the order starts being picked and prepped for shipping (after 24 hours since placing your order).
